COMPETITION GUIDELINES
General Rules
Competition theme: “The Future with AI: Boundless Creativity”.
Only INDIVIDUAL entries are allowed. Group submissions will not be accepted.
Each participant may submit ONE entry only.
All entries must be submitted online via the provided submission platform.
Categories
Category 1: Local School Students
This category includes students who are currently enrolled in primary or secondary schools in Malaysia.
Age range: 7 to 17 years old.
Category 2: Local University Students
This category includes students who are enrolled in higher education institutions in Malaysia.
Must be studying in a recognized university, college, or other institute within Malaysia.
Can be Malaysian citizens or international students studying in Malaysia.
Category 3: International School Students
This category includes students who are currently enrolled in primary or secondary schools outside Malaysia.
Age range: 7 to 17 years old.
Category 4: International University Students
This category includes students who are enrolled in higher education institutions outside Malaysia.
Must be studying in a recognized university, college, or technical institute outside Malaysia.
Can be from any country worldwide.
Poster Requirement
The poster must interpret the theme “The Future with AI: Boundless Creativity”.
The competition theme (“The Future with AI: Boundless Creativity”) must appear in the design.
Use AI-generated elements within the poster. This could include AI-generated images, graphics, text, or other multimedia elements. Participants must use at least one AI-generated element (e.g., AI-created imagery, text, patterns, etc.).
The poster should be original and created solely by the participant.
The poster must be easy to read and understand. The placement of text and graphics should prioritize visual balance.
The poster must include the i-TeTa logo (which will be provided) These logos must be placed in a professional, clear, and visible location on the poster.
All elements of the design must be original or used with appropriate permissions.
Poster Technical Specification
The poster must use the dimensions: 1080 x 1920 pixels (portrait orientation).
Ensure the image is in high resolution (300 DPI recommended) for clarity and professional presentation.
Submissions must be in JPEG or PNG format only.
The file size must not exceed 10 MB
Participation Fee:
Participation fee is based on the category entered (kindly refer to the Fee Section for details).
Ensure the payment is made as required to complete the registration process.
Submission
Participants must submit their entries by the competition deadline.
Submissions should be made through the official competition form provided in email confirmation.
All submissions must be the original work of the participant and must not have been previously submitted to other competitions. Entries that contain plagiarized content or unauthorized use of copyrighted materials will be disqualified.
Include a brief explanation (maximum 150 words) on how AI technology was used in the design process of the poster, such as AI tools or software used to generate graphics, text, or certain visual effects.
Copyright
All elements of the design must be original or used with appropriate permissions.
By submitting the poster, the participant grants the competition organizer the right to display, share, and promote the work, with proper credit to the creator. This may include exhibition, online publications, or promotional materials.
Results Announcement
Results will be announced on the i-TeTa YouTube channel, website, and via email.
All participants will receive an e-certificate of participation. Judges' decisions are final, and no appeals will be accepted.

Note: Payments made are non-refundable.
Submit Registration
Complete the registration form and submit it.
Receive Confirmation Email
Receive a confirmation email with your details, participant ID, and Link for Submission.
Save this information for future reference.
Join Official Communication Channels
Use the details provided in the confirmation email to join the official communication channels.
Project Preparation
Review the competition rules and guidelines.
Understand the judging criteria and ensure your poster aligns with the competition theme.
Prepare your poster following the provided rules.
Participate and Upload Your Poster
Poster must be submitted by the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
File Naming Convention: Name your poster file in this format: [ParticipantID_ProjectTitle_i.teta.2025].
Upload your poster at the provided link in your email.
Submit your poster for the evaluation process.
Results
The results will be announced on the i-TeTa YouTube channel, website, and email.

AWARD
