With this film “Puzzle” we expected to rise awareness for the concept of refugees in Turkey providing stories and different points of view exploring how they feel and why.
On our way, we also met with many local and national media people actively takingpart in news and reports. The film crew had shootings and interviews in Adana-Sarıçam, Hatay-Yayladağı, Gaziantep – Hizip, Malatya-Beydağı, Kilis-Elbeyli, Osmaniye – Cevdetiye refugee camps. The interviews include not only the immigrants but also involve the educators, the camp workers, and the families living in and outside the camp.

Let us remember the sad conditions in which the children of Ukraine celebrate their end-of-year celebrations, to the sound of air alerts, sometimes far from their fathers, without water or heating for long hours. Among these children, there are those I visited last October in the Kolomya district.
As in every photo session of this series of portraits of women fighters, we leave each other with a "Slava Ukraini" and a frank embrace that reminds me how important is the support we give, each in our own way, to this proud and bruised people.
