• Credentials: Email address, Name, and Profile Picture (if you sign in via Google Sign-In or email/password).

• User-Generated Content: Messages or text you submit through the App's chat and database features.

Information Collected Automatically We use third-party services (like Firebase) which may collect certain information automatically when you visit, use, or navigate the App. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, device name, and country.

2. How Do We Use Your Information?

We use personal information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.

We use the information we collect or receive:

• To facilitate account creation and logon process. (via Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-In).

• To enable user-to-user communications. (e.g., the Chat Service features).

• To save user preferences and app data. (e.g., saving data to Cloud Firestore).

• To keep our App safe and secure. (for example, for fraud monitoring and prevention).

3. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

We only share information with the following third-party service providers who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work:

• Google Play Services

• Firebase (Google LLC): Used for Authentication, Database (Cloud Firestore), and core backend infrastructure.

• Google Sign-In: Used for user authentication.

These third parties are bound by strict data processing agreements and are not allowed to use your personal data for their own purposes.

4. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Once an account is requested to be deleted, user-generated data and credentials belonging to the user are removed from our active database.

5. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures (such as utilizing Google Firebase's secure backend datastores and authentication) designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the App. If we learn that personal information from users less than 13 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.

7. Your Privacy Rights and Account Deletion

You can review, change, or terminate your account at any time. If you would like to delete your account and all associated data (such as emails, saved preferences, and chat history), you can:

1. Use the "Delete Account" / "Sign Out" feature within the app's settings.

2. Contact the developer via the email provided on the Google Play Store listing to request manual data deletion.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active Cloud Firestore databases.

8. Changes to This Notice

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Effective Date" and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. We encourage you to review this privacy notice frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
