I currently have space for a few motivated clients to work with me in building new habits, smashing their goals and becoming athletic weapons! I have a sliding scale policy - listed below are my standard rates, but if these feel out of reach for you currently, please reach out and we can come to an arrangement - I am passionate about helping people improve their lives through movement, and want to make this as accessible as possible.
At present, I operate a 'hybrid model' for coaching. This means that all of my clients are, first and foremost, online clients. This includes custom Programming, access to me for questions, form checks, advice, and accountability via WhatsApp, and 2x30 minute Zoom calls per month to check in with you, update the program, see how your training is going, and generally keep an open dialogue between us.
If you want in-person sessions as well, that is just an extra add-on fee on top - this can be a great option if you want extra help with accountability, form checks, or just enjoy the social element of the gym!
My prices for these are currently;
Online Coaching - £25 per week
In Person Session (1 hour) - £35 per week
Fees are processed via a recurring payment through Stripe.
I am currently working out of Bristol Union Gate PureGym (10 Union St, Bristol BS1 2DU).
