By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Here are few of the rules which have to be followed when on board with us.
In case of theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip, organizers will not be held responsible.
In case of any unforeseen happening which may cause any loss related to health, life, or any personal belongings of any member of the trip, the management will not be held responsible.
Keeping or taking any illegal drugs or narcotics during the trip or traveling with Hypementor Travel & Tours is strictly prohibited.
It is strictly prohibited to bring narcotics or other ‘illegal to possess’ items. If found in your custody, the company has the authority to cancel your registration at the very moment. Suppose the police or any other law enforcement agency find any sort of illegal stuff in your possession, in that case, the management will not be questioned on the member’s behalf and only that member/group will be answerable.
It is expected that there will be no physical or verbal harm by you toward other members of the trip. If you do so, the management can cancel your registration at any time during the trip or take any legal action against you.
Littering is strictly prohibited on our trips. All members are expected to take special care of the environment both inside and outside of the Car/Van/Bus. Garbage must be disposed-off without polluting the environment.
If there are any delays, omission of any sightseeing points, or changes in the itinerary due to traffic jams, landslides, bad weather, or any sort of natural, man-made, or political disaster that can’t be possibly ruled out, the management will not be held responsible and can cancel the trip before the departure with proper notice to the clients (If such circumstances occur before the trip).
If the trip is canceled at any stage of the trip or before the trip, we will refund the total amount of advance payment.
In case of fewer reservations or overbooking the management reserves the right to collaborate with other tour companies without any prior notice to the clients with the same itinerary and services followed.
Due to the remoteness of the locations visited during our trips, often the quality of services (like food, water, heating, rooms, bedding, sleeping bags, etc) is quite restricted and bounded. The company will try to bring out the best possible efforts in those circumstances, however, the management will not be held responsible, where the problem is ungovernable.
The sitting arrangement during the trip is strictly allocated by the tour guide.
Departure time may vary due to latecomers or the vehicle arriving at the departure location by the transporter.
Your luggage will be packed on the roof of the bus (in two or more day trips) and will be unpacked once we reach our first location for the night stay.
Bring only that much luggage so you can easily carry it during the whole trip.
If due to traffic jams, landslides, bad weather, or any sort of natural, man-made, or political disaster that can’t be possibly ruled out, results in extra expenditure on transport (fuel, rent, and expanses of driver), food, accommodation, etc, the spent amount will be divided among the members of the trip.
Every humanly possible care will be taken for the safety of members, still, each venture can be fraught with endangers of unforeseen natural disasters like avalanches and crevasse falls or any other accidents and sometimes such disasters cannot be ruled out. In any such type of accident during the whole tour, the company, group leader, and tour organizers will not be held responsible in any form.
Weather, local politics, transport, traffic jams, landslides, any sort of natural, or man-made disaster, or many other factors that can’t be possibly ruled out can result in a change of itinerary. It is, however, doubtful that the itinerary would be substantially altered. If alterations are necessary, the Leader and Guide will decide the best alternative, considering the best interests of the whole group.
In case of any medical emergency, the company will assist as much as possible
