At Hypementor Travel & Tours, we strive to provide the best travel experience. However, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed.
Refunds depend on when the cancellation is made:
7 days or more before departure:
Eligible for a partial refund (after deduction of booking and service charges)
Less than 7 days before departure:
No refund will be provided
No-show (failure to join the tour):
No refund
Advance payments are non-refundable but may be adjusted for a future trip (subject to availability and approval).
In case Hypementor Travel & Tours cancels a trip due to:
Weather conditions
Road closures
Government restrictions
Unavoidable circumstances
👉 Customers will be offered:
An alternative tour, or
Partial refund, depending on arrangements already made
The following are non-refundable once booked:
Hotel reservations
Transport bookings
Entry tickets or permits
If a customer chooses to leave the tour early for any reason, no refund will be provided for unused services.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Refunds in exceptional cases (medical emergencies, etc.) may be considered at the company’s discretion with valid proof.
