Hoa Lac City is located only 30mins South West of the capital city Hanoi and only few hours from China, Cambodia & Laos. This makes it the ideal trade business destination for many millions potential business events.

Hoa Lac city will utilize its strategic location for the trade business center to be the gateway to the future Hanoi.

The aim of Hoa Lac City development is to bring the exciting new vision for a great Hanoi and create economic and sustainable development for the region.

Concentrate developments to build more compact and dense center that creates a synergy and dynamic urban center.

Create a Identical centre space, landmark building

Create walkable centre within 15 mins radius

Provide a Green linkage as a center piece integrated with difference uses. It will provide a community shade and also works as a living system to reduce urban heat

Create a pleasant communal space for office workers

Make the waterway the focus of the development

A park stretches from the center of the Hoa Lac site as a continuous green space, creating a walkable connection to residential and mixed use blocks.
