Paper band filter:

Clean components being the objective of component cleaning machine, filtration of cleaning fluid is the key and affects consistency of the component washing machine. A better filtration system gives longevity to bath solution, consistent cleanliness values and better machine life with low cost operation. Band filter are the simplest and oldest form of filters. This entire unit is fixed on a Washing Solution tank the filtering paper is spread over an endless stainless steel mesh conveyor which is connected to a geared motor.

· Filter media is laid on conveyor. This is fitted on tank.

· Dirty fluid drops on the media.

· Clean fluid is collected in the tank below and pumped back.

· When media chokes, level starts rising above the media. This is sensed by a level switch.

· Dirty media is conveyed out by geared motor.

The filter sizes are available from 5 micron to 50 micron filtration.
