OIL SEPERATOR

• Ultramax Oil Separator system is normally used to remove tramp oil from the base fluid or washing solution in agitated form.
• Oil has lesser density as compared to water. So, if any reason mixes them with water or water based coolants they float on the surface when the mixture is made stable. This is very basic method of removing tramp oil separator from water or water-based coolants. To avail this characteristic of oil the stable zones are specifically prepared in the Oil separator unit.

· Oil water separator system Floating arrangement for removing floating oils from alkaline cleaning solutions and process tanks. The collected oil mixed solution is moved to oil separator unit where the oil is removed by specialized design of SS plate & tank arrangement, the balance clean solution without oil return back to the component cleaning machine solution tank.
