We grew up in Santa Fe, New Mexico and were both mentored and studied with Frankie Nazario Lucero, one of the best Spanish Colonial Artists. Frankie was our mentor, art teacher and coach, throughout middle school and high school, at Monte Del Sol Charter School . Frankie taught us all that he knew of the traditions with great patience and encouraged our individual development and expression as artists. The traditions are handed down from one generation to the next.
We love keeping the tradition going, and love to pass it on!
