Greeting! I am a Senior Research Fellow at Columbia Business School, where I lead research for the Climate Knowledge Initiative. My work integrates economics, finance, and policy to address climate challenges and advance a just, effective transition to a low-carbon economy. With an interdisciplinary lens, I examine the intersections between natural and social systems to inform decarbonization strategies and sustainable development pathways.
I hold a Ph.D. in Sustainable Development from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. Previously, I served as a Research Fellow at the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment within the Columbia Climate School, focusing on sustainable finance and climate-aligned investment strategies.
Before joining Columbia, I worked with the African Development Bank and PwC, and was a Research Fellow in Innovation Economics at the Berlin University of Technology. I hold a B.S. in Chemical and Biological Engineering and an M.S. in Technology Management, Economics, and Policy from Seoul National University.Â
