Registration for the 2026 season is now open. Registration is open until March 22, 2026.
COMPETITION RULES
The use and possession of firearms is subject to the laws of your country. Consult your laws regarding the possession and use of firearms, replica or original.
The competition series are shot according to MLAIC competition targets and distances. No distinction is made between indoor or open ranges.
The number of shots per series is 13, of which the highest 10 shots determine the total of the series/discipline in question.
Ammunition loaded with black powder, unless the shooting range rules do not allow it. In that case ammunition may be loaded with nitro or another substitute load.
The submission of the scores per round is done via our website. The scores must be submitted before the set round date.
In consultation with the organization, agreements can be made if a submission date is a problem.
Agreements about this can be made via the contact form on our website or directly via our e-mail address: hwinternetcompetition@gmail.com
1. 6 series are shot, which must be submitted on predetermined dates.
2. If a shooter cannot submit his scores on time due to any circumstances, these may be submitted later in consultation with the organization.
3. In case of travel, either for work or vacation, series can be submitted in advance in consultation with the organization.
4. The competition series must be shot on own club evenings and ranges. Any costs for this are entirely for the shooter himself.
5. After registration, each shooter receives a so-called BIB for each discipline. When submitting the scores, the BIB of the relevant discipline and score must be included. For example; a. Shooter A has registered for discipline #14 and #28
6. BIB of discipline #14 = 204 and BIB of discipline #28 = 205. The scores for the disciplines concerned are then registered as follows;
a. BIB 204 total = 89, BIB 205 total is 87.
b. The disciplines and shooter are therefore linked to the BIB.
7. In the event of an equal final result, both or more shooters are classified in the relevant place. The next shooter therefore gets his own final result place. For example;
a. Shooter BIB 312 and Shooter BIB 432 together have a total result of 527 and are both in place 4. The next shooter has a score of 526, he then gets place 6.
8. In the event of a rule being missing, or unclear, the organization decides.
BIB = start number or competition number
The MLAIC uses the same target as the ISSF for 25, 50, and 100-meter events-specifically, the ISSF 25m Precision and 50m Pistol target. This applies to the 50m Pistol, 25m Standard Pistol, and the precision phase of the 25m Center Fire and 25m Pistol events, in accordance with official ISSF statutes, rules, and regulations.
Target and target standards are found in the General Technical Rules, Rule 6.3. Requirements for ranges and other facilities are found in the General Technical Rules, Rule 6.4.
