Register or Renew

Cost for the 2025-26 School Year: $3.50/student.  Faculty are free.

Deadline for registration and renewal: September 26, 2025.

NOTE: If you know your renewal numbers you can renew earlier. Payment to invoice is due October 6, 2025. 

Please Note: Overdrive cannot provide a refund if your school's numbers change after you have submitted the renewal paperwork and paid your invoice.

New Members:

1. Fill out this initial registration form. 

2. Email completed form to khein@overdrive.com, cleach@overdrive.com and consortiumhvla@gmail.com.  Latest return date is September 26, 2025.

3. OverDrive will send an invoice to your school.

4. Send OverDrive your students' authentication information. There are various methods to do this, and you can see an overview below.

Returning Members: 

1. Fill out this initial registration form. 

2. Email completed form to khein@overdrive.com and consortiumhvla@gmail.com.   Latest return date is September 26, 2025.

3. If you need to renew or arrange for an earlier invoice, contact Kristen Hein: khein@overdrive.com 

4. Invoices will be issued in your HVLA Marketplace Account the week of September 29, 2025.  

Payment is due October 6, 2025. 

Important Dates for New and Returning Members:

May 21 : Renewal paperwork emailed

September 17: Two week deadline reminder will be sent by OverDrive

September 26: Final day to return membership form

Week of September 29 Renewal invoice will be issued in your HVLA Marketplace Account

October 6: Invoice payment due to OverDrive

Locating Your Invoice:  

Your renewal invoice will be issued in your Sora HVLA Advantage Marketplace Account.  Refer to this "How to View Invoices" section on the Sora FAQ.

Need to Leave? 

We'll miss you!

For those that will not be participating in the 2025-26 school year, Overdrive needs at least a 30 day notice.  This courtesy will help the consortium plan its budget and expenditures for the coming year.   Please email Kristen Hein at khein@overdrive.com and the committee at consortiumhvla@gmail.com.
