Data Collection and the Sora Consortium 

Sora HVLA Consortium member schools maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all data collected from individual member school Sora HVLA Advantage Accounts that do not directly apply to their institution’s statistics. This includes, but is not limited to, all Insights Reports generated through OverDrive Marketplace (Popular reports, Title activity reports, Purchase & order Reports, and User activity reports). Reports listing names, data, or any other identification related to another member school that is not your educational institution should not be distributed, printed for publication, or published online. Reports containing information solely about your educational institution are exclusively for your institution and can be made public, should your work or institution require it. Data and statistics shared with member school librarians by Sora HVLA Consortium leadership must be kept confidential. Sora HVLA Consortium leaders maintain privacy and confidentiality of consortium-wide data and statistics, which do not include individual patron circulation data.
