By downloading, installing, or using CaseTracker Auto ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service 

The App provides a convenient way to track U.S. immigration case status by retrieving publicly available information from USCIS, NVC/CEAC, and the U.S. Department of State. The App also displays Visa Bulletin data and provides estimated timelines based on historical trends.

3. Not Legal Advice 

The information provided by the App is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, immigration counseling, or professional guidance of any kind. For legal advice regarding your immigration case, please consult a qualified immigration attorney.

4. Accuracy of Information While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee that:

• Case status data is 100% accurate or current. • Visa Bulletin data is free from errors. • Estimated timelines or predictions will be correct. • The App will be available at all times without interruption.

Data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable due to USCIS/NVC system maintenance, network issues, or rate limiting.

5. User Responsibility You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying all case information through official USCIS/NVC channels. • Any decisions made based on information displayed in the App. • Keeping your device and App updated. • The accuracy of the receipt numbers and case numbers you enter.

6. No Government Affiliation 

CaseTracker Auto is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to USCIS, NVC, the U.S. Department of State, or any other government agency.

7. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of CaseTracker Auto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to missed deadlines, incorrect status information, or delayed notifications.

8. Intellectual Property 

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developers of CaseTracker Auto and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. Termination 

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

10. Changes to Terms 

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
