Varsity Head Coach Aubrey Draves

Aubrey Draves is the head girls' basketball coach at Andover High School starting in the 24-25 season. Aubrey brings a wealth of experience to the role, with 9 total years' experience that includes JV coach for Southwest High School and head coach at Brooklyn Center.

Some highlights of Aubrey’s impressive career include:
– 4-time Minneapolis Conference Champs
– 2 undefeated seasons in the conference
– Twin Cities Conference Champs
– Over 20 players who have gone on to play at the collegiate level

Having graduated from Andover in 2008, Aubrey has a strong connection to our school. She continues to play basketball in the mornings, just like she did during her time here as a student. As a 3-year starter for the Andover High School basketball team, Aubrey still holds records at our school and was also the team captain in her senior year.

Aubrey’s leadership skills were further honed during her college years, where she played basketball and served as captain for the last two years at Waldorf College in Iowa.

We are excited about the expertise and dedication she brings to our girls’ basketball program.
