The app. Hushplay is provided "as is," for personal, non-commercial use, to help you play and organize music files that you own or are otherwise entitled to use.
Your content. Your files and data are yours and are stored on your device. You are responsible for having the right to store and play the audio you add. Hushplay does not provide, stream or distribute any music it only plays files you supply.
Subscriptions. Hushplay Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription and/or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account; manage or cancel in your device Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
No warranty / liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hushplay is provided without warranties of any kind, and the developer is not liable for loss of data or other damages arising from its use. Keep your own backups of important files.
Changes. These terms may be updated; the current version is posted here.
