This is Raid's Redstone Counter, the same one as hidden under Area 51.5, located southeast of Spawn on World B4. It is a dedicated world download made available by Raidmax21 on the forums back in 2013, for his Redstone Counter computer. While part of the original thread lives on on the Web Archive, the download link sadly doesn't. So, I have decided to re-upload it here for archival's sake!
This specific version seems to be slightly older than the one on B4, but the differences are minor.
WARNING! Before you download!
Just like the server maps, It is highly recommended that you play this with either the included server, or a properly configured one of your own.
DO NOT OPEN IT IN SINGLE PLAYER!
Again, just like the server maps, this world relies heavily on the fact that TE had been configured for fire to not spread and ice to not melt. If you do not turn these off, many parts of the computer and the building itself will instantly be ruined. Proceed at your own risk.
I recommend you take a look at the instructions which were originally provided on the website. A pre-configured Spigot Server for you to try them out is also included here.
PS: You can probably run this just fine on newer versions of Minecraft, but for best results you should run this on Minecraft 1.5, as this was the latest version avaliable at the time this was released.
