Venue Rates:

The rates when using the code are a set discounted booking cost, not a percentage, as below: 

Friday -     $320 room only

Saturday - $390 room only (not available to be booked on it's own without Friday or Sunday)

Please note that there is a minimum 2 night stay for anyone booking the Saturday night because of a concert.

Accommodation Booking Platforms:

You may also be able to achieve a good rate through one of the many accommodation booking websites.  A few suggestions are below but there are many others.  

If you are not aware of how these websites work, a simplistic explanation is that they "buy" rooms from the various participating venues at a discounted bulk rate and then sell them to guests online at a profit.   This is why websites often still have rooms where the venue itself does not.   If the website can't sell a room, it either on-sells it to another website or sells it back to the venue so that the venue may be able to grab a last second booking.

A word of caution before booking your accommodation via a 3rd party platform:

• Check with the accommodation venue directly:
  Contact the accommodation venue directly to inquire about their rates. They may be able to offer competitive prices or even match (or beat) the online booking platform's price to avoid paying commission.

Important Considerations:

• Review Platform Terms and Conditions:
  Carefully read the terms and conditions of the booking platform, paying close attention to their cancellation and refund policies.

• Understand Potential Challenges:
  If the event date changes or is canceled, modifying or canceling your accommodation reservation may be complex.

• Platform Processing:
  Note that accommodation transfers, cancellations, and refunds are typically processed by the booking platform, not the accommodation venue and may take a considerable amount of time.
