I am a graduate of Davidson-Davie Community College where I received my Associates Of Applied Science degree with a major in Information Technology. I have a strong passion for technology and have educational experience with hardware/software support, networking, cybersecurity, & Windows 10.

Currently employed at Gexpro Services as an Inside Sales Representative for the Sales department. At Gexpro Services, I have the following duties:

• Process telephone orders by quoting product prices, delivery specifications, and payment terms and by offering substitute products where appropriate.

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

• Communicating with customers to understand their needs, identify sales opportunities, source products, and make both inbound and outbound calls to process sales orders and monitor customer fulfillment.

• Research and report pricing, products, and current/future market trends information.

• Processes product quotations and provides continuous follow-up throughout the completion of the customer's purchasing cycle.

• Handle multiple customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve customer issues promptly using root-cause analysis.

Employed at Hughes Supply Company of Thomasville as a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative for the sales department. At Hughes Supply, I had the following duties:

• Operate office machines, such as copiers, printers, phone systems, and personal computers.

• Answer telephones, direct calls, take messages, and manage multiline switchboard.

• Assist and screen front lobby visitors.

• Assist customers via emails, phone & face to face to answer any questions or concerns they may have.
