Everyday assistance, not professional advice

Humra provides organisational tools and AI-assisted information. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, emergency or safety advice. Always verify important information and contact an appropriate professional where necessary.

Alarms and reminders

Device settings, battery restrictions, network availability, permissions or software errors can delay or prevent an alarm or notification. Do not rely on Humra as the only reminder for medicine, safety-critical activity, travel departure or another urgent obligation.

Jobs, travel and third-party offers

Job listings, prices, availability, travel deals and external offers may change and may be supplied by third parties. Humra does not guarantee employment, availability, pricing or the quality of an external service.

User responsibility

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your device and credentials, reviewing AI-generated content, and having authority to add information about family members.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, interfere with the service or use Humra to violate another person’s rights.

Availability and changes

We may improve, add, remove or suspend features. We aim to provide a dependable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Termination

You may stop using Humra and request deletion. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, comply with law or address serious violations.
