Tae Kwon Do & Tang Soo Do open forms – Mastering precision, balance, and fluid movement
Advanced kata, kicks, and hand strikes – Strengthening technique, power, and agility
Self-defense training – Learning practical skills for real-life situations
Weapons training – Developing coordination and control with traditional martial arts weapons
Kumite (light contact sparring) – Enhancing speed, strategy, and discipline in a controlled setting
