These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Humanize AI – Bypass Detector mobile software application (the "Application") and all services available through the Application (collectively, the "Services"), operated by NextPixel Apps LLP ("we," "us," or "our").
"You" or "Your" means an adult user of the Services, or the parent or guardian of any minor whom you allow access to the Services, and for whom you will be held strictly responsible.
By downloading, registering to use, or otherwise accessing the Application on any local or remote device, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Any information you supply will be governed by these Terms and the Privacy Policy as they may be updated from time to time. You agree to abide by the rules and policies established by us, which will be applied in a nondiscriminatory manner to all users.
If you are using the Services on behalf of your employer or another entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
Humanize AI is a tool that uses third-party Artificial Intelligence ("AI") services to rewrite, paraphrase, and humanize text content that you submit. The Application is intended for lawful, legitimate uses such as improving the readability, tone, or natural flow of your own writing.
The Application relies on third-party AI providers (including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude) to process the text you submit. When you use AI-powered features, your submitted text is transmitted to one of these providers for processing. Please review our Privacy Policy and Section 7 below for full details on how your data is handled.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to the processing of your personal data) to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Some features of the Application require a paid subscription ("Premium Subscription"), managed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Your subscription may start with a free trial. The free trial period lasts for the period specified at sign-up. Free trials are available to new and certain former users only. NextPixel Apps LLP reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to determine your free trial eligibility.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate of your selected plan.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
We may, from time to time, modify pricing and billing procedures. Changes will be effective upon posting an update to these Terms or notifying you through the Application. If you do not accept the new pricing, you should cancel your subscription before the next renewal.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy. Refund requests should be directed to Apple via your Apple ID Account Settings.
You agree not to use the Application to:
Generate or humanize content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others.
Submit text containing other people's personal information, confidential information, or copyrighted material that you do not have the right to use.
Submit academic work in a manner that violates your institution's academic-integrity policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of humanized output complies with applicable academic, professional, or legal rules.
Generate content intended to deceive, defraud, impersonate, or mislead others in unlawful ways.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Application or its backend infrastructure.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Application or circumvent rate limits.
Resell or redistribute the Services without our written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application if we reasonably believe you have violated these Acceptable Use rules.
NextPixel Apps LLP and its licensors own the Application and the Services, including all worldwide intellectual property rights, trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-assignable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use (or, if you hold an applicable subscription, for the use permitted by that subscription).
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, alter, download, post, broadcast, transmit, or otherwise exploit the Application or the Services.
You retain ownership of the text content you submit to the Application ("Your Input"). By submitting Your Input, you grant us a limited license to transmit it to the third-party AI providers identified in our Privacy Policy solely for the purpose of providing the humanization service to you.
Output produced by the Application based on Your Input ("Output") is provided to you for your use. Because Output is generated by third-party AI models, we make no representation that Output is unique, original, or free from similarity to content produced for other users or to existing works. You are responsible for reviewing Output before using it and for ensuring its use is lawful and appropriate for your purpose.
YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE APPLICATION AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Specifically, we do not warrant that:
Output will successfully bypass any specific AI-detection tool, plagiarism checker, or third-party system.
Output will be accurate, factual, free of bias, free of errors, or appropriate for your intended use.
The Application or its underlying AI providers will be available without interruption, error, or downtime.
AI models can produce unexpected, inaccurate, or inappropriate output. You acknowledge this inherent limitation of AI technology.
The Application's core functionality depends on third-party AI services operated by OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic. By using AI-powered features, you acknowledge and agree that:
Your submitted text will be transmitted to one or more of these providers, with your explicit consent obtained in-app.
Each provider operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy.
We are not responsible for outages, errors, content moderation decisions, or changes in service by any third-party AI provider.
We may change, add, or remove third-party AI providers at any time. We will update our Privacy Policy to reflect such changes.
You can withdraw consent to AI processing at any time from the Application's settings; AI-powered features will be disabled in that case.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER NEXTPIXEL APPS LLP NOR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES — WHETHER UNDER CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER THEORY — ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, YOUR INPUT, OR ANY OUTPUT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In any event, our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NextPixel Apps LLP and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Application, (b) Your Input or use of Output, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.
You and NextPixel Apps LLP agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services ("Claim") shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in court, except that you may assert claims in small-claims court if your claims qualify.
YOU AND NEXTPIXEL APPS LLP AGREE THAT:
(a) THERE IS NO RIGHT OR AUTHORITY FOR ANY DISPUTE TO BE ARBITRATED ON A CLASS-ACTION BASIS OR TO UTILIZE CLASS-ACTION PROCEDURES;
(b) THERE IS NO RIGHT OR AUTHORITY FOR ANY DISPUTE TO BE BROUGHT IN A PURPORTED REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY OR AS A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL;
(c) NO ARBITRATION SHALL BE CONSOLIDATED OR JOINED WITH ANY OTHER ARBITRATION.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. You may stop using the Application at any time. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, but Sections 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, and 12 will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 10, the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you through the Application or by posting an updated version. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
