This Privacy Policy describes how NextPixel Apps LLP ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and manages your information when you use the Humanize AI – Bypass Detector mobile application (the "Application"). By using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy in addition to any other terms made available to you in connection with the Application.
Certain features of the Application may require you to provide personal information or text content for processing.
We may collect and store the following information you make available to us:
Text content you submit for humanization, rewriting, or AI-detection bypass processing.
Information you provide when you contact us for support.
Account or subscription information (managed via Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat).
The Application may collect and store additional information automatically, such as:
Device registration data (type of mobile device, unique device or advertising ID, IP address, operating system, browser type).
Device settings (e.g., language preference).
Mobile carrier.
Information about how you use the Application (e.g., frequency and duration of use, features accessed).
Requested and referring URLs.
Approximate location data derived from your IP address.
We and our service providers may use this information to:
Operate, maintain, and improve the Application.
Process the text you submit and return humanized output.
Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
Send you important notices and, where permitted, marketing communications.
Analyze usage trends and improve our products and services.
The Application's core functionality is powered by third-party Artificial Intelligence ("AI") services. When you submit text to the Application to be humanized, rewritten, or processed, that text is transmitted to one or more of the following third-party AI providers for processing:

Only the text you explicitly submit for humanization is sent to the selected AI provider.
We do not send your name, email address, account credentials, contacts, photos, precise location, or any other personally identifying information to these AI providers along with your text.
Requests are routed via our own backend (Cloudflare Workers), which forwards your text to the chosen AI provider and returns the result to you.
In compliance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.2(i), the Application will request your explicit consent before transmitting any text to a third-party AI provider for the first time. You may withdraw this consent at any time from the Application's settings, in which case AI-powered features will be disabled.
You should not submit any text to the Application that contains sensitive personal information (e.g., government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information, or other people's personal data) that you do not wish to be processed by a third-party AI service.
Each AI provider has its own privacy policy and data-handling practices. We have selected providers who, under the terms of their API/developer agreements, commit to protections substantially similar to those described in this Privacy Policy. In particular:

We encourage you to review these providers' privacy policies before using AI-powered features.
The Application may be supported in part by advertising and uses analytics to understand usage. We may work with:
Analytics providers (e.g., Firebase Analytics) to understand how the Application is used.
Advertising networks to serve and measure advertisements.
These third parties may access information such as your device's unique identifier, advertising ID, and usage information. We encourage you to review your device's privacy settings (including Apple's App Tracking Transparency) to manage what information is shared.
The Application may contain links to third-party sites or services that are not owned or controlled by NextPixel Apps LLP. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. You are subject to the policies of those third parties when applicable. By using the Application, you release NextPixel Apps LLP from any liability arising from your use of any third-party site accessed from the Application.
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with information without their consent, please contact us at contact@nextpixelapps.in and we will delete such information.
We may share the information you provide or that we collect:
With third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) as described in Section II, with your explicit consent, solely to provide the humanization feature.
With advertisers, advertising networks, and analytics companies as described in Section III.
With our service providers (e.g., Cloudflare for backend infrastructure, RevenueCat for subscription management, Firebase for analytics and notifications) who work on our behalf and do not have an independent right to use the information.
When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a legal request.
If NextPixel Apps LLP or the Application is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We retain information for as long as required, allowed, or believed useful, but do not undertake retention obligations. We may dispose of information at our discretion without notice, subject to applicable law. You should keep your own back-up records of any text you wish to preserve.
If you reside outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in other jurisdictions (including the United States and the European Union, where our backend and AI providers operate) under applicable privacy standards. By using the Application, you consent to such transfer and processing.
We provide industry-standard physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. However, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
Access the personal information we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion of your personal information.
Withdraw your consent to AI processing (which will disable AI features).
Opt out of marketing communications.
