About the Project

Quietkind Project is an independent community-based initiative working with underserved communities in Latin America. We focus on documenting real community life through photography and video  education, daily environments, and quiet human stories   with respect, safety, and dignity.

This project is managed internationally, and we are specifically looking for local contributors who live in or can access the communities we work with.

Role Type

• Collaboration-based (Volunteer at initial stage)

• Project-based / Flexible

• Potential for long-term paid collaboration in the future

What You’ll Do

• Capture photos and short video clips of community life

• Focus on public, safe, and consent-based environments

• Document education activities, daily life, or community spaces

• Deliver raw materials (we handle editing and post-production)

Important Note (Please Read)

• This role starts as unpaid / volunteer-based

• There is no guaranteed payment at the beginning

• Contributors will receive full credit and portfolio use

• If collaboration goes well, there may be opportunities for paid or long-term work in future projects

We are transparent about this from the start and value mutual trust and respect.

Who We’re Looking For

• Local photographers or videographers in Latin America

• People living in or able to access local communities

• Students, emerging creatives, or experienced locals

• Strong sense of ethics, consent, and community respect

Safety & Ethics

• No dangerous or illegal activities

• No involvement with conflict or risk zones

• Community consent and personal safety are always the priority
