Community Documentary Project (Latin America)
Quietkind Project is an independent community-based initiative working with underserved communities in Latin America. We focus on documenting real community life through photography and video education, daily environments, and quiet human stories with respect, safety, and dignity.
This project is managed internationally, and we are specifically looking for local contributors who live in or can access the communities we work with.
Collaboration-based (Volunteer at initial stage)
Project-based / Flexible
Potential for long-term paid collaboration in the future
Capture photos and short video clips of community life
Focus on public, safe, and consent-based environments
Document education activities, daily life, or community spaces
Deliver raw materials (we handle editing and post-production)
This role starts as unpaid / volunteer-based
There is no guaranteed payment at the beginning
Contributors will receive full credit and portfolio use
If collaboration goes well, there may be opportunities for paid or long-term work in future projects
We are transparent about this from the start and value mutual trust and respect.
Local photographers or videographers in Latin America
People living in or able to access local communities
Students, emerging creatives, or experienced locals
Strong sense of ethics, consent, and community respect
No dangerous or illegal activities
No involvement with conflict or risk zones
Community consent and personal safety are always the priority
