Can’t sign in or confused by your Hulu bill? Tell us what you see and we will point you the right way.
Your Hulu account page is the control room for everything: your plan, your bill, your devices and your password. The trouble is that it isn’t always obvious where things are, and a few options live in different places depending on how you signed up. This guide helps you find what you need and avoid the common traps.
Pick your task and jump to that section.
Sign in or find my account page → “Getting Into Your Account”
Forgot my password → “Resetting Your Password”
Change my plan or add-ons → “Changing Your Plan”
Update my card or billing details → “Updating Billing”
Pause or cancel → “Pausing or Canceling”
Remove a device → “Managing Devices and Profiles”
Something looks wrong → “When Things Go Wrong”
Open Hulu’s own website in your browser, or the Hulu app.
Select the option to log in.
Enter the email and password linked to your account.
Open the menu with your profile name or icon, then choose Account.
Once you’re inside, you’ll usually see sections such as your plan, billing information, privacy settings and a list of devices. Names and layout change from time to time, so go by what you see.
On the log-in screen, choose the option for a forgotten password.
Enter the email linked to your account.
Open the email Hulu sends you and follow the link inside.
Choose a new password that you haven’t used elsewhere.
Log in again on your devices if they ask.
If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder and make sure you typed the right address. Some people have more than one email, so try your others too.
On your account page, look for the section about your plan. From there you can usually:
Switch between plans, such as ones with or without ads
Add or remove extras and add-ons
See what your plan includes and what it costs
Changes may start right away or at your next billing date, so read the message on screen before you confirm.
Open the account page and find the billing or payment section.
Choose to update your payment method.
Enter the new card details carefully.
Save, and check that the new method shows up.
One important detail: if you pay through someone else, such as an app store, a streaming device, a phone carrier or a bundle with another service, your billing is handled there, not on Hulu’s page. In that case, you change the payment in that other account instead. Your account page normally tells you where your bill is coming from.
Hulu’s page shows what options your plan has, and these can differ depending on how you pay.
Look for a section about managing or canceling your plan.
Read the message before you confirm, because it explains when your access ends.
If your billing is through another company, you’ll need to cancel there.
Keep any confirmation message for your records.
Take a screenshot or note the date, so you can check your next bill later.
Devices and profiles can pile up over time. On your account page, you can usually:
See which devices are logged in
Log a device out if you no longer use it
Add, rename or remove profiles for different people
If you think someone else has been using your account, change your password first, then log out of the devices you don’t recognize.
I can’t log in. Check the email and password, then try a password reset. Make sure caps lock is off.
The page won’t load. Try a different browser or a private window, and turn off any ad blocker for a moment.
I see a charge I don’t understand. Check which service the charge is from. It might come from a bundle, an add-on or a different company that bills you on behalf of Hulu.
My plan isn’t what I expected. Look at your plan section, since a change may not have gone through, or may start at the next billing date.
The app shows a different account. Log out, then log in again with the email you want.
I’m being billed twice. Check whether you have two accounts, or whether you pay through two different companies.

This guide is independent and can’t see or change your account. For refunds, charge disputes, account locks or anything that needs to be confirmed against your own records, use Hulu’s own website or app, or the contact details in your billing emails. They are the only ones who can look at your account.
What is Hulu.com/account?
It’s the account page where Hulu members manage their plan, billing, devices and password. This guide is an independent resource that explains the common steps.
Is “Hulu account” the same thing?
Yes. People search it in different ways, but they mean the same page.
Where do I find my Hulu bill?
Usually in the billing section of your account page. If you pay through another company, look at that company’s account instead.
How do I change my password?
Use the forgotten password option on the log-in screen, or the password section in your account if you’re already logged in.
Can I use Hulu on more than one device?
Usually yes, but the number of screens you can use at once depends on your plan.
Will I lose my access right after I cancel?
Often you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, but the message on screen is the final word.
Why can’t I find a setting someone described?
Layouts change, and some settings depend on how you pay or what plan you’re on.
Your Hulu account page has more in it than you’d expect, and it’s easier once you know which task you’re doing. Sign in, find the right section, check where your bill comes from and take it one step at a time. If something here doesn’t match what you see, send us a question and we’ll try to point you in the right direction.
