Logo Contest

Presentation

The purpose of this competition was to design a logo to be used by the Project team.

The logo’s design should reflect the aims and values of the Erasmus+ “HUG with Maths” project.

The logo should incorporate the project name.

The logo, as a JPG file, must be easy to use, handle, resize and manipulate for all reproduction purposes. It should be visually appealing on both small and large scales.

Colour should be a must, though the logo may also be reproduced in black and white.

Logo Competition Rules

1. The competition is open to all the students of the school from JANUARY 15th to FEBRUARY 15th, 12 noon. Logos received after this date, won't be accepted.

2. The objective of the competition is to create an original picture (a logo) whose aim will be to identify and visually represent the project “HUG with Maths”.

3. The creations must be done on an A4 format size. The surname, first name and class of the student must appear at the back.

4. Any technique can be used: crayons, felt pens, ink, paint… but colour depth and saturation must be taken into consideration.

5. The colours must not be too pale so that the logo remains visible when photocopied.

6. The picture must have the title of the project and the six partner countries should appear too (as flags or any other ideas).

7. The students accept that their work can be exhibited to the public for the Erasmus+ “HUG with Maths” project or the school.

8.  Each school participating in the Erasmus+ project will select the 3 best logos in their school.

9. The coordinators of the Erasmus+ “HUG with Maths” project will choose the winner among the logos selected by each school. Each member of the jury will only vote for a logo not made by a student from his/her school.

10. The winner will be announced on the Twin Space.
