Hueweave - Privacy Policy

HueWeave is a product of SourSpark (“SourSpark,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the HueWeave mobile application.

1. Information We Handle

HueWeave does not require an account, email address, password, user name, or sign-in.

The following information is stored locally on your device:

• Current and completed levels

• Stars and level results

• Moves and hints used

• Gameplay activity and streaks

• Diamond balance

• Hint and restart inventory

• Language preference

• Sound and haptic preferences

• Reminder preference

This information is used to save your progress and provide gameplay features. SourSpark does not operate a server that receives your level progress or local activity reports.

2. In-App Purchases

HueWeave offers optional consumable in-app purchases.

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. SourSpark does not receive or store your payment card number, bank account information, or store account password.

HueWeave uses Adapty to display products, process purchases, validate transactions, and deliver purchased diamonds.

Adapty and the applicable app store may process limited information such as:

• Anonymous app or installation identifier

• Device model and operating system

• App version, language, region, and time zone

• IP address and technical information

• Product identifiers, storefront, currency, and price

• Purchase status, transaction identifier, date, and amount

• Technical logs needed to diagnose purchase errors and prevent fraud

HueWeave does not send your name, email address, game progress, or precise location to Adapty.

The available consumable products add diamonds to your local balance. Diamonds can be exchanged for hints and restarts.

In-app purchases are optional and are not required to access the puzzle library.

3. Notifications

HueWeave can provide optional local puzzle reminders.

Reminders are disabled by default. Notification permission is requested only if you choose to enable reminders in Settings.

Reminder preferences and schedules are stored locally on your device. You can disable reminders from HueWeave or your device settings at any time.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

HueWeave does not request access to or intentionally collect:

• Precise or approximate location

• Contacts

• Photos or videos

• Camera or microphone

• Health or fitness information

• Biometric information

• Advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking

HueWeave does not include third-party advertising.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

5. How We Use Information

Information is used to:

• Save and restore local game progress

• Record stars, rewards, diamonds, and power-ups

• Provide activity reports and streak information

• Apply language, sound, haptic, and reminder preferences

• Display available in-app purchase products

• Process and validate optional purchases

• Deliver purchased diamonds

• Prevent fraudulent or invalid transactions

• Diagnose Store errors and improve reliability

• Respond to support and privacy requests

• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use information collected through HueWeave for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking.

6. How Information Is Shared

Limited information may be processed by the following service providers:

• Apple App Store for iOS purchases, refunds, transaction records, and fraud prevention

• Google Play for Android purchases, refunds, transaction records, and fraud prevention

• Adapty for product delivery, purchase validation, purchase status, and in-app purchase infrastructure

We may also disclose information where required by law, a valid legal request, fraud prevention, security protection, or the transfer of the service.

7. Data Storage and Deletion

Local game information remains on your device until you reset your progress, clear the app’s data, or delete HueWeave.

Deleting the app or resetting progress may remove locally stored levels, stars, diamonds, power-ups, preferences, and activity information.

Purchase and transaction records held by Apple, Google, or Adapty are not deleted when you remove the app. These providers may retain transaction information for payment processing, refunds, accounting, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Consumable purchases that have already been delivered or spent may not be restorable.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request access to your personal information

• Request correction of inaccurate information

• Request deletion of information

• Restrict or object to certain processing

• Withdraw consent

• Request a portable copy of certain information

• Submit a complaint to the relevant data protection authority

9. Children’s Privacy

HueWeave is intended for a general audience and does not require users to provide a name, email address, account, precise location, or other direct contact information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google and may be protected by parental controls and purchase approval settings.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to SourSpark, contact info@sourspark.com and we will take appropriate action.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information.

Communication with purchase and service providers uses encrypted network connections. However, no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Data Processing

Adapty, Apple, Google, and other service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers of personal information.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to HueWeave, our service providers, our information practices, or legal requirements.

Updates will be published with a revised Effective Date.
