During my first year at UCI, I took ENGR 7A and ENGR 7B - two hands-on, project based classes that helped me lay an excellent foundation of engineering and teamwork skills that I continue to build on today.
For the Engr 7A fall project, my team was challenged to design, fabricate, and test a user-controlled rover rover capable of driving around a figure-eight shaped track at the highest possible speed, while meeting certain design specifications.
My team achieved the best track time out of 45+ teams!
For the 2021 Engr 7B project, our team was challenged to design, fabricate, and test a fully autonomous rover capable of navigating a course by following a line, following a wall, and grabbing an object at the end, all while meeting certain product requirements.
My team was one of only 8 teams that were able to produce a rover capable of navigating all obstacles!
