PAYMENT
We run a normal authorization check on your payment card after receiving your order to make sure there are enough funds to complete the transaction. Once your card has been authorised, a charge will be made. The money deducted from your card will be treated as a deposit toward the cost of the items you want to buy. The funds paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of the goods you have purchased, as listed in the confirmation email, once the goods have been dispatched and you have received an email confirming it.

Procedure for Cancelling an Order
After placing your order, you have two hours to reply to the email we sent you with a confirmation of it or send a cancellation request to support@shetory.com. In this case, you will be given a 70% refund of the whole purchase price. Please be advised that there is a very limited window of time for cancellations or adjustments due to our automated, real-time order fulfilling systems. Therefore, if your order has been placed for more than two hours or is in the "processing" or "shipping" stages, we won't be able to cancel it.
