How long do I have to make a return before paying shipping costs?

Please get in touch with our customer service staff at service@curvlife.com to start the return and exchange process. The return address will be provided to you upon approval. Please keep in mind that in order to receive a refund, you must return items to the customer care address and not the one on your initial delivery.
How will I get my money back?
Following the receipt of your delivery, refunds will be processed within 7 days. As per your request, the refund will be applied to the original payment account.
