Instructions
Extract the contents of the Zip file somewhere in you PC
Open UI.dat with 7zip or Winrar located data folder of the game root .
Open the folder of your choice bg and drag the extracted files on the archive UI.dat and overwrite
done

Updated Installation Instructions
Download the zip file extract the folders in the archive that contains textures and place it somewhere.
Open ui.dat with 7zip or Winrar or any other zip manager you have (create a back up first if you want) .
Open the folder of the design choice you like
Drag the extracted gamepad.png and gamepad_assign.png on the Open ui.dat file and make sure to overwrite the files in the dat.file.
run the game and enjoy

This mod Aims to provide a much more consistent look for the 2021 version of the portraits in game. As one might have noticed most of the new dialogue portraits features characters' art from top of the skull down to almost mid chest. however some portraits are more kin to look like their original portraits. another issue is certain characters have an outright questionable skin colors.
