依據憲法規定，國家最高統治會議是政府的核心，負責議決全國大小事務；會議推舉首席，即聯邦首席執政官，領導政府施政。
According to the Constitution, the Supreme Governing Council is the core of the government, responsible for deciding all matters concerning the nation; the council elects a chief member, namely the federal chief executive officer, to lead the government in its administration.

現屆政府為第三屆統治會議，自2025年12月02日選舉組成，為舉國一致政府，總理為協和會籍之悠人日下。
The current government is the third Supreme governing council, elected on December 2, 2025. It is a unified national government, and the Prime minister is Nichika Yujinn, a member of the Concordia Association.

介紹Introduce：
總理蘇烏，姓悠人氏，諱日下，華江斯坦協和會政治人物，其為臺灣新北板橋人，祖籍大赫卡忒及里格利亞聯合帝國，是首位擔任總理大臣的新移民。悠人日下在2021年05月23日建立蘇烏社會主義共和國，其後陸續擔任過梅大梅小民主國總統、圖洛維亞聯邦帝國首相、里格利亞帝國皇帝、大赫卡忒及里格利亞聯合帝國首相、獨立微國家合作協定秘書長、福爾摩沙微國家共同體秘書長等職務。2023年09月21日因赫里政治危機離開聯合帝國，隨後落腳我國，先後出任華江尼西亞州首席部長、聯邦次席執政官等職務，並在2024年06月16日出任我國總理。
Prime Minister "Su-Wu", The name is Nichika Yujinn, prominent politician of the Concordia Association, Nichika Yujinn was born in Banqiao, New Taipei, with ancestral roots in the United Empire of Great Helcart and Wriglia. Yujinn is the first new immigrant to serve as Prime Minister. Since 2021, their distinguished career has included leadership roles such as Emperor of Wriglia, Secretary-General of both the I.M.C.A. and the T.M.A. Following a political crisis in the United Empire in September 2023, Yujinn relocated to Huajiangstan, serving as Chief Minister of Huajiangnesia and Deputy Prime Minister before being appointed Prime Minister on June 16, 2024.
