After you login, you will see this screen

Most articles can be found using ClinicalKey (under the letter "C".

My best advice is to use the library to search for full text versions of articles that you found searching online either via Google, Pubmed, Open Evidence, or as a reference from another article.

JAMA journals will have a separate link under "J"

Annals of EM will be under Elsevier

At ClinicalKey you will find full text articles from journals like AJEM and JEM, among many many others including non-EM journals

Click to "login" on the top Rt

You will have to login to the library again

(don't shoot the messenger 🤷🏻‍♂️)

Now you can see "Logged in via Dignity Health" at the top right.

You will need to do same double login for other sites as well
