CORD Mini-Fellowship in Wellness Leadership: The goal of this mini-fellowship is to provide Emergency Medicine residents with the knowledge and skills to effect positive change in the areas of well-being, resilience, and engagement at their programs and institutions.
Quality Improvement
Back to Bedside: Designed to empower residents and fellows to develop transformative projects that foster meaning and joy in work and allow them to engage on a deeper level with what is at the heart of medicine: their patients. Supported by the ACGME, Back to Bedside provides a competitive funding opportunity for resident- and/or fellow-led teams to innovate. The initiative is also intended to create a learning collaborative of resident-/fellow-led research teams. (examples of projects)
Education
Clinician Educator Milestones: provide a framework for assessment of educational skills of faculty members who teach residents and fellows. Faculty members can use these milestones for their own self-assessment as educators, or with a trusted peer to provide feedback and assessment. The ultimate goal of these milestones is to provide faculty members with tools to help them with lifelong growth and development as educators.
