What to Expect

1. Register and Submit Your Request

If this is your first time with us, please complete the New Client Registration form before submitting a reservation request.

Once registered, submit your reservation through our website. We’ll follow up to confirm availability and answer any questions. 

2. Prepare for Your Dog's Stay

Provide current vaccination records prior to drop-off and bring enough food for your dog’s stay, along with any optional comfort items. 

3. Drop-Off Appointment

Arrive at your scheduled appointment time. We’ll review any important details and ensure your dog is set up for a smooth and comfortable stay. 

4. Daily Care & Routine

Dogs participate in multiple supervised play sessions throughout the day, either in group settings or individually based on temperament. Time is also built in for rest, hydration, and a balanced routine. 

5. Individual Attention (If Needed)

If a dog is not a fit for group play, they will receive supervised individual playtime with our team at no additional cost. 

6. Pickup & Payment

At pickup, we’ll review your dog’s stay and collect payment based on the final duration.
