HTFL is designing and manufacturing gas sensors that operate with ultra-low power consumption, ultra-high sensitivity, and ultra-fast response. In particular, in the field of hydrogen sensors, we have developed the world's first photovoltaic high-sensitivity sensor. We are also conducting research to improve gas selectivity using molecular sieves based on MOF and polymers
HTFL is developing innovative health monitoring sensors based on semiconductor resistors, transistors, and diodes. For example, we have developed a low-cost health monitoring system by coating semiconductor materials directly onto masks or gloves. Utilizing these technologies, we are conducting research on a variety of biosensors.Â
