Started at a lunch table and a love for backyard sports, Lucas Kline proposed the idea of a big Wiffle Ball game to Dominick McNew, Jr. Dominick then wanted to take it a step further, an oppurtunity for people of all different walks of life to come together and play a game we could all get behind: Wiffle Ball! It was set that this league would thrive.
The Wiffle Ball game was the talk of the town but wasn't enough. People wanted more. After a year of planning, the sport of Bounce Pitch was introduced, which revitalized the love for the game that the boys had when initially making the league. While Lucas got public interest back up, Dom got back to the drawing board to make a total rebrand, which is the League you see today.
Our goal? Having fun! We strive for our fun gameplay and light-hearted nature. We can't wait to see what the future brings for the HTBPL. Play Ball.

The timing, weather, and looseness of the first and only game made for a fun yet experimental game. We plan to bring back the fun, energetic nature of the original game but with some more stakes.
