(Have Stethoscope Will Travel)
I've been working on athentication and authorization for FHIR (including SMART, although not solely). And like so many things, it seems harder than it should be. Google has been giving me problems, so as I work through it, I'm going to document my steps here.
This is a companion piece to Must. Learn. Smart. On. FHIR. Scopes are confusing enough and detailed enough that they deserved their own page.
I'm not particularly excited about this, but it's something I have to do.
This is mostly just the links for getting a server setup (which is easier than I expected it to be actually).
I suppose that can be a very long or very short answer. For the purposes of this page, I'm a physician. I'm trained in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. I've worked inpatient, outpatient, internationally, and locum tenens. I'm interested in Clinical Informatics and started a fellowship at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, July 2019. I'm also interested in medical education, public/global/immigrant/refugee health (they're not in anyway the same, but there's a lot of overlap), general traveling, languages (although I'm only functional in English, Spanish and German), martial arts, and clothing (this last one is tied to trying to be as functional, flexible and mobile as possible while traveling). Feel free to send me any of your thoughts, about the things on my page or anything else you think might be related.
