We do that by offering One-on-One Consultations with Arlys.

Each customer is unique – with different background and history, different experiences and health challenges; different health issues and concerns SO it stands to reason that a “one-size-fits-all” approach is just not going to be helpful nor effective for each customer!

A consultation with Arlys is a life changing opportunity for you! She fills the GAP between struggling on your own AND only having 20 minutes with your doctor!

Arlys spends time listening, reviewing and understanding what you are going through. She will then focus on teaching you how to listen to your own body; how to be your own advocate; how to put this all together and how to ensure that you get the best care and support from your own healthy care practitioners! Then she takes the time to educate, explain and teach you how to rebalance, heal, recover and progress on YOUR health journey!

This is scheduled appointment to review and discuss together your health issues, your symptoms, your current treatments, and your direction. During this time, you will soundboard together about what is working for you and what is not.

Consultations are scheduled Monday thru Friday by appointment.

First time consults are 2-hour consults at $60/hr.

Follow ups are 30 minutes to 1-hour consults at $40/hr.
