Abstract: Name and affiliation of the presenter(s) are necessary. Main text of the abstract should be less than 200 words. Please submit the abstract of your presentation as a MS word file to the address: hsjabst@gmail.com (Note it is different from the address of the organizing committee). The deadline of abstract submission is am 10:00(JST) Nov 23 (FRI).

The 57th annual meeting of the Herpetological Society of Japan (HSJ) will be held as follows. We expect a large number of HSJ members to participate. Information will be updated on this website.

Participation fee 3,000 yen (3,500 yen, registered after 12th, Sep. 2018)
Banquet fee 4,000 yen (4,500 yen, registered after 12th, Sep. to 31, October) * You can not apply for banquet on the day of the meeting.
Box lunch (1st day) 600 yen

Please pay fees on the reception desk on the first day of the meeting.Please pay cash in Japanese yen. (Only for the attendees live outside Japan)

Protocol for presentations
A participant gives a poster or oral presentation.
Oral presentation: 12 min for presentation, 3 min for questions and replies.
PC Projectors (Power Point and Acrobat Reader for Win) will be available.
Poster presentation: Poster size, 84cm (width) × 120cm (height) in maximum.
The core time for the poster presentation is set for both days.
Note that only HSJ members in good standing (i.e., those who have paid the membership fee for this year) can make presentations.
Every presentations can not be taken without permission.
