· Applied AutoQuake for the 2024 Mw 7.4 Hualien earthquake sequence, reinforcing proposed tectonic models and highlighting the region’s intricate seismogenic structure
· Developed Python tools, including a web scraper for seismic data retrieval and a Streamlit-based visualization interface for monthly station network status reporting
· Partnered with statisticians to develop specialized ML phase pickers for cutting-edge Distributed Acoustic Sensing that leverage transfer learning to handle high-frequency data (2,000 Hz vs. 100 Hz for conventional seismometers)
· Participated in seismometer network maintenance and deployment, supporting robust data quality for ongoing research
· Currently developing a near-real-time earthquake monitoring platform: coordinating with multiple teams for frontend-backend integration
