1. Training- Create accessible training programs for workers undergo extensive training for all aspects of the job. Always Insist on Safety.
2. Enforce safety program – communicate safety rules and regulations. Set the example – workers will follow lead.
3. Have regular meetings regarding safety – discuss injury prevention tips and plan safety procedures if an incident occurs.
