I want to focus on this question because I feel that with everything I have taken on this semester, I am not managing my time well or staying focused when I do set aside time to work. I spend most of my time working, but I love what I am doing so I don't mind. However, I feel that I could create a better balance of fun things to do with my time as well. Stress is something that has large impacts on my mental and physical health, so I want to try and find a way to do everything while limiting my stress and panic levels.
