The High School Business Heroes program was established at McMaster University in 2006 with the goal to create a marketing competition that nurtures the growth and development of bright, young business minds. We provide Grade 11 and 12 students across Southern Ontario with the opportunity to apply creative thinking in an experiential learning environment, while gaining valuable insights through mentorships with undergraduate students from the DeGroote School of Business.

High School Business Heroes aspires to create an enriching environment that ultimately unites, inspires and challenges the leaders of tomorrow. As McMaster’s premier high school business competition, we provide senior high school students in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area with the opportunity to apply creative thinking outside of the classroom, while gaining valuable insight and support from undergraduate student mentors.
