Managing Trusties

A team acts like a bridge between the government procedures of the trust and the activities by Association. All the necessary expenditure will be approved by managing trusties. The team structure is diverse and not confined to specific batches and will be renewed the memberships if required every 5 years.

Invited members for meetings is allowed from core team if required for the gatherings

Core Team

Core Team performs all the activities coordinating with teams from individual batches and managing team for final approvals. It will act like a bridge between individual batches and managing team to keep flowing the overall activities by association.

In this team the people will consist across all batches by limiting maximum 1 - 2 members per batch and the membership have to be renewed every 2 years. This renewal process is to eliminate the people who cannot afford minimum required time on alumni activities and to allow people with more passion and enthusiastic.

Teams from each Batch

This is the team of individual batches who will be the point of contacts for Core Team and to their own batch to perform any batch wise activities. Team capacity can be 4 to 6 members and the member ship will be renewed annually.

• Annual report of their batches must be given to core team.
• Batch records to be updated every 1-2 years and to be updated to association through core team at the end of 2 years
• Any activity must be informed to core team and get approval, if it includes the expenditure which has to be preapproved through proper channel.
