Mr. Kashyap Rajput is a teaching assistant at Department of Psychology of the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. He has Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational psychology with gold medal in dissertation. He is also an expert trainer and has conducted many training sessions for students as well as corporate employees on interpersonal relations, personality development and other soft skills.

Mr. Advait Gupte is a Masters first year student of Industrial and Organizational psychology. He is responsible for coordinating most of the HRDC workshops. He looks after all the functions of operation.
