Your support ensures that our school can commit to special activities and field trips long before families have to pay. Thanks to the PTO budget made possible by your donations, we can schedule unique adventures for our students. If you're thinking about contributing, or asking someone else to, it's helpful and welcome!
What's Next?
On Monday, we will share the final tally and an update on the Read-a-Thon’s impact!
We'll also share which classes earned the parties, and who ends up with the gift card prizes,
champion medals, and which 3 top readers get their names on the office plaque.
And for those who participated in fundraising or logged minutes, we will also provide links to:
Raffle Preregistration – Select your preferred raffle items in advance (see how many tickets you have here).
Prize Store – Shop for prizes earned through fundraising.
Top T-Shirt Selection – If you made it to the top, choose your prize T-shirt.
Let’s finish strong—get those final minutes and donations in by Friday at 5 PM!

8AM, March 10, 2024 through 5pm, March 28, 2024!
Submissions made by 5pm Friday, March 28th will be counted and reported by Monday 3/31.
For this Read-A-Thon, please have your students read and keep track of their minutes, and then they or you can submit those minutes on the Google Forms below. Note: listening to audiobooks works if reading isn't feasible.
Keep track of the minutes by logging them daily, as those will help your students' placement in the competitions and also in the reward/prize/motivation activities. Every three days that a student logs minutes becomes a raffle ticket for a giant prize raffle at the end of the event.
There are also competitions and rewards for fundraising through this event, where students will be awarded prizes for each donation received, and even for each new person that donates to a student!
There are also many awards built into these competitions which can be read about inside the links on this website!
Students can look forward to: gift cards, personalized medals and event t-shirts, commemoration on a legacy plaque in the office, raffle prizes, a prize store, daily prize chest visits, and even class parties!

Corporate sponsors have supported our Read-A-Thon in various ways, making it possible to host this event which motivates students to read more and also helps fund the next year's many special student activities - which are uncommon in most schools. We're trying to feature the sponsor recognition information in a few places, like this informational website, on the T-Shirts, on the donation collection webpage, and on the flyers distributed to families. Supporting their businesses is a good way to say, "thank you for making our Read-A-Thon possible."
