A large group of parents are making the Read-A-Thon possible in quite a few helpful ways!

• Rustling up sponsors to enrich the motivational prize pools to get students to read.

• Organizing prizes and parties, and facilitating them - supporting teachers.

• Testing websites and forms, and payment methods.

• Building sponsor acquisition documents.

• Accounting for the Read-A-Thon.

• Reviewing spending decisions and strategy.

• Arranging communications.

• Donating prizes, crafting medals, and promising to engrave the commemorative plaque.

• Presenting info from older Read-A-Thon events to help us acquire sponsors.

• Making sure we have flyers and posters to share.

• And probably a hundred other things I've forgotten to mention or will need help with shortly! :)
