End-of-Support on Obsolete Windows operating systems (01.01.2026)

HR2000 will no longer provide support for obsolete or unsupported Windows operating systems, including Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. To ensure security, stability, and full compatibility with our products and services, we recommend upgrading to a currently supported version of Windows.

Whitelist E-mail IP addresses (01.01.2026)

To avoid email from going into JunkMail, kindly whitelist IP : 124.217.235.29 / 124.217.254.196 

End-of-Support on TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 (01.01.2026)

The Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0 and TLS 1.1 security protocols will no longer be supported by HR2000 servers and software, which will have an impact on email and online access protocols. Client and server traffic is secured during Internet connections using the TLS 1.2 protocol.

Microsoft End-of-Support on Basic Authentication SMTP Auth (28.01.2026)

Microsoft is disabling Basic Authentication for SMTP AUTH in Exchange Online, beginning with a gradual rollout on March 1, 2026, and full, permanent removal by April 30, 2026. This transition forces all applications and devices to use Modern Authentication (OAuth 2.0) for sending emails, impacting legacy systems, scanners, and scripts using simple username/password credentials. 

It is advised that customers who are having trouble sending their QUICK PAY e-mail payslips use the HR2000 SMTP Host. 

Note: QUICK PAY software development is obsolete. Customers are strongly recommended to upgrade to latest i-Payroll system
